Refund policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
     
  • Sale/Clearance items or items that have been marked down are final sale and not subject to be returned of exchanged.
     
  • Returns for Online orders that are approved for refund are processed within 14 days of receipt back to our warehouse. Shipping costs and fees (if applicable) are not refunded.

  • Orders placed using a coupon code or discount code cannot be returned or canceled (unless a cancellation request is received within 4 hours of order placement.)
     
  • For online orders:
    • (1) Customers must contact Sparkle Couture Boutique (shop@sparklecouture.com) within 3 days of delivery to customer by the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS) to obtain approval for the return. Please include your contact information in the email and the item(s) you are returning with the reason(s).
    • (2) Customers must be sure returned merchandise arrives back in Sparkle Couture Boutique's possession within 14 days of you receiving the item. The 14 days starts the DAY THE MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED to customer's address. Therefore, please be sure to package up and ship out the items being returned in a timely manner so it arrives back at our store within those 14 days.
    • (3) Merchandise being shipped back for return must be properly packaged as it was originally sent to you, such as inside SEALED plastic bags, contain proper padding, packaged in a way that the items will not be damaged during return shipping.
    • (4) Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded and/or subject to a restocking fee of 60% of the items retail value which will result in a partial refund.
    • (5) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning merchandise. We do not send prepaid labels for returns.
    • (6) Customer is responsible for insuring items being mailed to us for return. We cannot issue refunds for items we never receive.
    • (7) Once you have shipped out the returned items, please email us the tracking information to: shop@sparklecouture.com
       
  • Merchandise being returned must have original tags and be un-used, new condition with all tags attached.
     
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging (if applicable)
     
  • Pre-ordered items are not returnable or exchangeable as these items are specifically ordered for you. 
     
  • Sale/Clearance items or items that have been marked down are final sale and not subject to be returned of exchanged.
     
  • Prizes or items won during a live event/game are not subject to be returned or exchanged.
     
  • Mystery bag(s) items, try your luck items, etc... are not subject to be returned or exchanged.
     
  • Not all items are return or exchangeable (limitations apply). For example, items that are not returnable include (but not limited to):
    • Undergarments
    • Edibles/sweets (any and all food items)
    • Bath & Body Products including cosmetics
    • Candles and Happy Wax Products
    • Electronics
    • Jewelry
    • Holiday Themed Items
    • Items that were damaged (including accidentally damaged) by customer. Please be careful using sharp objects when opening up packages.
       
  • Once we received your return package containing the items being returned, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return and issue any applicable credit(s) and/or refunds to your account as an Account Credit for your next order.
